I enjoy helping people achieve their full potential by collaboratively building independence and empowerment through knowledge, support and practice. I have extensive experience completing intensive psychometric and vocational assessments, medicolegal assessments, and providing vocational rehabilitation and clinical counselling to injured workers returning to the workforce, individuals with a disability, and school students. I have worked with individuals and businesses to facilitate individualised programs and services, having successfully assisted hundreds of injured workers and people with a disability return to work, establish effective support networks and accommodation needs, and identify training requirements, while addressing biopsychosocial issues through a cognitive behavioural approach. I also have extensive research skills, publishing and presenting research into burnout and fatigue, and collating labour market information to assist my clients plan their futures.
