Caroline�s practice is client-centred, flexible, collaborative, and respectful.� Her holistic approach and diverse counselling skills have benefited�individuals facing challenges including anxiety, stress, depression, bipolar, confidence and self-esteem issues.� She has also had experience in working with clients�with psychotic, eating (bulimia, binge eating disorder and OSFED) and substance-related disorders.� She will devise a tailor-made treatment plan to help you work towards your goals.

Caroline uses evidence-based, scientifically effective treatments, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.� She also has completed training in a range of therapies which she incorporates into her work.

Caroline works in the early psychosis team at St Vincent's Hospital and enjoys working with young adults. She is also part of a metabolic team at Tharawal Aboriginal Medical Centre.

Work Cover accredited.

Hours: Thu (1-5pm) & Friday
