Amanda is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years� experience working in both the private and public sectors. She provides evidence-based treatment in a supportive and collaborative environment, helping clients navigate a wide range of psychological concerns.

Her integrative approach draws on therapies such as CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, trauma-informed therapies, and mindfulness-based practices. With warmth, authenticity, and compassion, Amanda works with clients to develop a thorough understanding of their challenges, identify meaningful goals, and determine the most effective therapeutic path forward.

Amanda places great importance on creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered throughout the therapy process.
