Brooke is a registered Psychologist who completed her Master of Psychology (Health) at Monash University.

She has extensive training and experience supporting children, adolescents and families with a range of presentations such as mental health (anxiety, depression, OCD, eating challenges), stress, school attendance/bullying and adjusting to/living with chronic health conditions. She also has a keen interest in supporting individuals through the peri-natal period and interpersonal challenges such as communication and relationship breakdown.

Brooke is a warm, compassionate psychologist who incorporates a number of evidence-based approaches into her psychological practice including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, skills training and relaxation techniques whilst also incorporating a strengths-based approach to her support of others.
