Ailsa Stevenson brings more than 20 years experience working as registered psychologist in the health and welfare field. Her work in organisational, government, university, community health and not-for-profit agencies provides a rich background to her work.

She enjoys working with a variety of clients, including adults of all ages and young people. At the heart of her approach is a respect for each client�s uniqueness, their resources and their strengths. She is interested in working with her clients to facilitate meaningful change and works to build a genuine connection with clients to enable them to explore their difficulties and challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

Ailsa works using a range of therapeutic interventions dependent on client need and preference.

Ailsa is particularly interested in the areas of grief, loss and adjustment to life transitions, depression and anxiety and the relationship between mind, body & well being
