Children are not mini versions of adults. I believe they deserve a tailored approach. I meet them where they are, using play and creative methods to join their world. My practice is neuroaffirming and strengths-based, drawing from CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and play therapy to provide individualised support. I focus on strengthening the parent-child connection and collaborating with families to set meaningful therapy goals. My expertise includes Autism, ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders, Intellectual Disability, anxiety, and mood disorders. My career has spanned disability services, mental health, counselling, education and private practice. I have worked in organisations such as Disability Services, Relationships Australia, Autism Association, and Dyslexia-SPELD Foundation. I hold a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a Masters in Educational Psychology.
