I work psychoanalytically with a Lacanian perspective. I work with my patients to address the unconscious underpinnings of suffering. We all have patterns which surprise us and can often produce suffering. This is the unconscious at work, and try as we might to change the way in which we suffer, we find that it resists our attempts. Many of my patients have undertaken other forms of treatment or attempted many strategies to relieve their symptoms, but it is only once we begin to understand the unique ways that our unconscious impacts our life that change can begin to happen. I have undertaken many years of training in Psychoanalysis and provide both treatment and supervision. I work with both children and adults.
