I have been working as a Psychologist for over 30 years, working mostly with late adolescents and adults of all ages, for a wide variety of Mental Health issues, including: depression, anxiety, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, gambling and other addictions, anger management, trauma, insomnia, self-esteem, and assertiveness training. I am experienced in seeing individuals and couples for therapy.
I am registered as a Counselling Psychologist and adopt a client-centered approach. I am trained in providing Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Techniques, Solution Focused Therapy, Relationship Counselling, Hypnotherapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy.
