I am a Clinical Psychologist with 25 years experience in senior roles across public and community health, who has lectured and co-ordinated Clinical Psychology placements within academia. I have provided Clinical Psychological assessment and therapy from my practice in Seddon for over 15 years.
I consider it a privilege to help people make personal change. My therapeutic stance places the therapeutic relationship at the centre of my work; it is within the security and humanity of this relationship that clients can become more self-aware, tolerate emotional struggle and find creative ways of navigating personal, relationship and life experiences.
My practice interests include life-adjustments, perinatal and infant mental health, early childhood development, parenting, neurodivergence in girls and women, grief and loss, trauma, chronic disease, health behaviour change, aging and end-of-life issues.
I work with adult individuals, couples and groups, and parent-child dyads.
