Jeanette has been recognised as an expert on relationships and self-improvement and has appeared on TV and radio as well as conducting relationship therapy for over 25 years.
Jeanette works with children, adolescents and adults in her clinical practice and offers therapy to individuals, couples and families. She believes therapy needs to be a collaborative process designed to fit the client, and in doing so she makes use of a range of techniques and approaches - primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT ) through which her approach is to directly address clients' problems and engage in working towards short-term and long-term solutions.
