My focus is on creating more attuned leaders, with the goal of helping careers and corporations work seamlessly. To date, I�ve helped thousands of ambitious people improve their leadership, careers, and workplaces.

I�ve worked with people from some amazing organisations, such as Google, KPMG, BHP, Goldman Sachs, and the ABC. And been featured widely in the media, including Channel 9, Radio National, The Age, and news.com.au.

Before starting my business in 2000, I worked my way up the corporate ladder in organisations such as National Mutual, Ernst & Young, Roy Morgan Research, and Museums Victoria. Then, I decided to combine my corporate background in running departments and leading teams with the executive coaching work I�d started to do.

All backed by academic rigour. I'm endorsed in both organisational and counselling psychology. My Masters thesis explored the attributes of career success. And I won seven awards and scholarships for my PhD on relationships and emotions.
