Dr. Marlowe draws upon a range of modern psychological approaches to therapy, drawing broadly upon the cognitive, interpersonal, existential and open dialogue orientations. Complex human difficulties call for an empathic, person-centred perspective within a therapeutic relationship informed by a shared understanding of the problems and their context. Reaching such an understanding is key to the development of a self-sustaining plan for lasting change and well being.
