I have thirty-five years experience as a Clinical Psychologist. Prior to private practice I worked in schools, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and a university clinic. I have a BA (Hons) from UWA and a Masters in Applied Psychology (Clinical and Educational) from Murdoch University.
I see children, adolescents, and adults. I have expertise in anxiety disorders such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Phobias. I also work with people to overcome depression, relationship issues, and behavioural problems in children. I use clinical hypnosis for weight control,smoking cessation, inflammatory bowel disease, preparation for childbirth and other issues.
I have a special interest in working with children and adults with high functioning autism and other neurodiversity. I am competent in French and sign language. As well as seeing individuals, couples and families I run training workshops for parents, teachers, and other professionals.
