Alexina enjoys providing high quality services through her team based in the Central Business District of Melbourne and working across Aust. She particularly works with those clients presenting with issues in relation trauma, children and adolescents, workplace conflict, supervision and forensic concerns. Alexina regularly provides training in the above areas and is an internationally accredited trainer in Assisting Individuals in Crisis, Group Crisis Intervention, Strategic Response to Crisis, Advanced Assisting Individuals in Crisis, Advanced Group crisis intervention, in addition to regularly training in related areas such as Psychological First Aid, Developing Peer Support services, Vicarious Traumatisation, Enhancing Resilience, Supervision Skills, Attachment and Bonding and related trainings. She is available for consultation to organisations interested in improving their response to bullying and regularly provides mediations and facilitated conversations in the workplace.
