Agata (Agi) is a warm, compassionate and insightful therapist with over 20 years of experience. Over the years she has worked with clients in different stages of life from perinatal mental health, adult mental health to age care psychiatry to help them overcome emotional struggles. Agi has expertise in assessment and treatment of depression, postnatal depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, difficulties with emotion regulation, self-esteem issues, grief and loss and adjustment to life changes and disabilities. She aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment where clients can deepen their understanding of their emotional difficulties and develop skills to make helpful life changes and improve emotional well-being. Agi has a special interest in supporting parents in their experience of parenting. She has worked for Karitane and is currently employed by the Gidget Foundation. Her approach is flexible, individualised, informed by attachment theory and draws upon evidence based treatments
