APS Branch
Overview
Integrating nature walking (or "walk-and-talk" therapy) into psychological practice is backed by substantial, cross disciplinary evidence showing it significantly reduces depression, anxiety, and rumination while boosting mood and working memory.
The APS Riverina Group is pleased to invite members of the APS to register for a free webinar on implementing nature therapy activities into mental health care, including evidence based guidelines. Opportunities for client and practitioner self care are explored.
The Presentation will commence at 6.30pm followed by the Riverina Branch AGM which will commence at 7.30pm.
