3.00 CPD Hours APS College CPD | Event number: 26036
This talk will discuss why the court came into evolution, its evaluation and why it works. It will discuss the unique multidisciplinary, interagency approach and why it works. It will use case examples, including the management of neurodiverse individuals and show how it works. It works!
In-person presentation will take place at the Robin Winkler Clinic (level 1) at the University of Western Australia. Light refreshments will be made available. There will be an opportunity for a Q n A with Dr Brett following his presentation.
You will learn about therapeutic jursiprudence, holistic management, working with peers, carers and the criminal justice system. You will learn that it keeps people out of prison, reduces rates of recidivism, improves mental health, improves community safety and is cost effective. It works!
Target Audience
This event is aimed at clinical neuropsychologists and clinical psychologists with an interest in forensic psychology.
