APS Branch
Overview
The APS Perth Branch is excited to invite you to another great webinar with Dr Phil Watts.
The aim of this webinar is to take a closer look at how the components of the newly implemented AHPRA Code of Conduct may affect the therapy process.
Drawing on the story of a couple and their son, beginning with when they first attend therapy and tracking various issues that arise in subsequent sessions, Dr Phil Watts will help us to identify the potential at each point for being confronted with the boundaries of the Code of Conduct and what we must do to avoid professional misconduct.
The format will be an interactive style in which Dr Watts will present each step of the therapy process in turn and then invite participants to ask questions before moving on to the next step.
Participants will learn how components of the Code of Conduct can be specifically applied to issues commonly arising in clinical work.
