Bali Wellness Retreat: Rest, Reflect and Reconnect

Overview

You spend your days holding space for others, but when do you take time for yourself?

Join us for a rejuvenating wellness retreat on the tranquil island of Nusa Lembongan, Bali, designed exclusively for psychologists, counsellors, social workers, medical professionals, allied health practitioners and other professionals (contact us if you are unsure if this retreat is suitable for you).

This retreat offers a rare opportunity to reflect, reset and reconnect with your values in a restorative setting specifically designed for professionals. This five-day immersive experience combines luxury, nature and professional growth. It also features a three-part in-person professional development workshop series that addresses the rising impact of burnout, compassion fatigue and emotional exhaustion in the helping professions.

The three workshops include:

Workshop 1: Caring for the Carer – Understanding the impact of burnout and compassion fatigue and implementing effective self-care strategies.

Workshop 2: Boundaries, Balance & Resilience – Identifying energy drains, setting professional boundaries and cultivating resilience for ongoing practice viability.

Workshop 3: Clarify Your Vision – Exploring core values and future goals through structured reflection and creative vision board development.

The retreat offers a unique opportunity to earn between 7 and 10 professional development (PD) hours (depending on your activity choices) while engaging in evidence-based learning, creative reflection and restorative activities.

Facilitated by experienced Psychologists, this retreat supports you in reconnecting with your purpose, building resilience and developing a sustainable approach to your practice, all within a relaxed, supportive and nature-rich setting.
