Overview
The APS South-West Sydney Branch is excited to invite you to our very first Hybrid Peer Consultation Network Event, designed to promote connection, spark ideas, and build a supportive professional community.
Following an opportunity to network and enjoy refreshments from 6:30pm, the first hour of the evening's activities (7–8 PM) will focus on peer consultation and will be accessible both in person and online. We encourage you to bring a de-identified case for discussion, with this session focused around key topics including: emotional regulation, incorporating sensory objects and crafts into therapeutic practice, and neurodiversity.
For our in-person attendees, the evening continues with a fun, hands-on experience featuring sensory craft activities. You’ll have the opportunity to create fidget and sensory crafts that may be helpful in your practice with clients, or in your own practice of personal wellbeing.
Enjoy a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where you can connect with peers, take part in games, win prizes, and enjoy light refreshments. As in-person spots are limited, we encourage you to register early to secure your place.
Whether you join us in person or online, we hope you'll take this opportunity to connect, share, and connect with peers. It’s set to be an engaging and meaningful evening — and we’d love to have you with us.
