Event Description
Psychologists and mental health professionals are invited to attend the Resource Therapy International World Conference 2025, held in the tranquil surrounds of Ubud, Bali. This global event brings together clinicians, researchers, and trainers who are passionate about advancing therapeutic work with parts of the personality.
The theme Happy Parts, Healthy Self: Our Resources focuses on integrating internal parts to support lasting healing, emotional well-being, and therapeutic transformation. Whether you are experienced in Resource Therapy or exploring it for the first time, this conference offers an accessible and enriching professional development experience.
Participants will engage in three days of clinical workshops, live presentations, and experiential learning sessions from 22–25 June. These will explore the use of Resource Therapy in treating trauma, dissociation, neurodivergence, depression, relationship distress, and cultural resilience. The program is designed to provide immediately applicable tools and insight into working effectively with parts of the self to resolve internal conflict and promote psychological integration.

· Professor Gordon Emmerson, founder of Resource Therapy – offering a Pre-Conference Workshop on Self-Administered Resource Therapy Techniques for You and Your Clients (22 June, 9am–5pm).
· Mel Canning, trauma psychologist – Working with Dissociative Identity Disorder using the RT framework.
· Tracy Lynch, EMDR consultant and Wiradjuri woman – Resourcing Across the Timeline: First Nations Learnings on Complex Resilience.
· Gina McClement, psychotherapist – ADHD and Neurodivergence through a Resource Therapy Lens.
· Chris Paulin, consultant psychologist – Memory Reconsolidation Mapping for Trauma Recovery.
· Philipa Thornton, psychologist and relationship therapist – Infidelity, Shame, and Reconnection: RT for Affair Recovery.

This conference is open to all psychologists, counsellors, social workers, therapists, and mental health professionals. No prior training in Resource Therapy is required.
