A crucial element of creating this positive culture is my dedication to supervising and supporting the development of our teams, as well as wider afield.

Supervision plays a significant role in both the professional growth of early career psychologists and in maintaining high standards of client care. I take great pride in guiding new psychologists as they hone their skills, providing them with the tools they need to navigate complex clinical situations. The supervision process is essential not only for technical skill-building but also for fostering reflective practice, ethical decision-making, and promoting a sense of safety and well-being within the workplace.
