Judging criteria

  1. Applicants must demonstrate how the supervisor:
    1. put into place effective supervision practice – e.g., goal setting, learning processes, techniques
    2. managed the supervisory relationship through its developmental stages
    3. assessed the psychological competencies of the supervisee
    4. incorporated supervisee feedback to the supervision process
    5. evaluated the supervisory process
    6. resolved any conflictual episodes; and
    7. must include names of at least 5 supervisees and their registration numbers
    8. any other relevant information.
  2. Criteria for substantial contribution could include:
    1. contributing to the creation of supervisor relevant CPD 
    2. innovative approaches to the theory and practice of supervision
    3. outstanding service as an accredited supervisor
  3. The supervisee must submit a one page summary of their experience being supervised by the nominee explaining why it was so effective and state their psychologist registration number and the date they gained general registration.
