About the presenter(s)
Renata Wosik, Director and Principal Psychologist at RW Psychology, is an experienced Psychologist who has over 20 years clinical experience working in complex clinical presentations. She has worked in Government sectors, NGO's and Private Practice, and developed an interest in eating disorders in 2006 when she trained in FBT whilst working within NSW Health. Renata specialises in FBT for working with young people with eating disorders and sees young people in the context of their family. She has strived to create flexibility into the FBT model to allow for more complex family presentations and has worked hard to adapt protocols with success in challenging client groups. Renata currently works in her own private practice in the South West of Sydney, and this has now grown to 3 clinics and growing still. Renata is a reflective clinician who enjoys spending time in supervision allowing clinicians to develop curiosity within their practice, and is passionate about working within the Maudsley Family Based Treatment Model Framework.
