The APS constitution contains more information about the Board of Directors and its responsibilities.

The APS is governed by a Board. It is supported by Board Committees and Advisory Groups  and is accountable for the performance the Society

Expert APS members contribute to APS policy and activities via board committees and advisory, reference and working groups

The Constitution of the APS sets out the rules governing the activities of the APS and its members, within the requirements of the Corporations Act

Our Annual General Meeting is held in October or November of each year and allows most members to vote on APS business.
