Dr Aaron Frost is a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience.He is the founder and Director of Benchmark Psychology, a practice dedicated to improving client outcomes through rigorous evaluation. Aaron began his career as a research psychologist in a large public hospital and now brings the same scientific data-driven thinking to improving outcomes for clients at Benchmark as well as the organisations whom he provides consultancy services for.

Aaron is the Program lead for the Supervisor Training and Approval Program (STAP) and in this role has trained over 1000 psychologists as part of their accreditation as Supervisors.

In 2022, Aaron and his Wife Rebecca launched PREP, the Psychology Registrar Endorsement Program, which aims to improve the quality of training for Clinical Psychologists undertaking this final part of their training.
