Dr Joe Wagner is a Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist who completed his training at The University of Queensland. He works with people with mood disorders, anxiety, substance addiction, trauma, psychosis, stress, and anger difficulties.
Joe primarily practises from an EMDR perspective; however, he also draws upon the areas of CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness to help his clients improve their quality of life by gaining a better understanding of themselves, reducing their emotional distress, and improving relationships with others.
Joe is experienced in the assessment of memory, attention, intelligence, executive and academic functioning. He has a special interest in ADHD, and has co-authored a number of journal articles in the areas of neuropsychology, cognitive neuroscience, and molecular genetics.
