Jacob is a Clinical Psychologist that was raised in country NSW. Completing his undergraduate at the University of Wollongong, Jacob moved to Sydney to pursue his Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney.
Jacob is also currently pursuing his doctorate with the University of Sydney in the clinical impacts of cyber identity theft and scams, to help build a better understanding of how to support victims of these crimes.
Jacob utilises Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, substance use, sleep disorders, and self-esteem issues. He also utilises elements from Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help people meet their goals.
