I bring a modern, gentle approach to care as a registered psychologist. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients while focusing on stress management, burnout, depression, and trauma. I've found that best-practice comes from an empathetic, patient approach, with dynamic, integrated support. I'm passionate about supporting adults, teens, and their families to feel empowered realising their potential. At the same time, developing into healthy, happy, and unique individuals. We can all find ourselves swimming against a current and greatly benefit from genuine support to reach the shore.
Support is tailored collaboratively from evidence-based approaches including CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, and EMDR. Approaches shown to help. My lifelong curiosity has motivated me to continue building this contemporary skillset from leading therapy perspectives.
