Liz (she/her) supports couples and individuals as they securely manage change and return to a sense of themselves. She often works with people who are in treatment for a health condition like cancer and tailors services to your circumstance, personality and individual needs. She provides sessions for adults from a range of backgrounds, and with diverse expressions of gender and sexuality. Liz works towards making therapy a place where you feel safe enough to take emotional risks and talk about practical steps that might bring a sense of control.
Treatment combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic (attachment) theory to get to the heart of the forces that shape us.
