He works with anxiety and mood disorders, substance use, autism spectrum conditions, and challenges related to self-worth, emotional regulation, and relationships.

James holds a Master of Clinical Psychology (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Psychology (First Class Honours). His research examined factors that influence the effectiveness of exposure therapy for anxiety, underscoring his commitment to individualised, evidence-based care.
