The focus of my practice is on anxiety, EMDR for relationship-based and longstanding trauma, eating disorders, mood stability, and building social confidence. I love helping adults and teens build their self-confidence for more fulfilling relationships and engagement in the things that matter to them.

I aim to create a space you can relax, find your confidence, nurture connections, and create a life that's truly yours.

I understand that starting therapy can be daunting. Please feel free to reach out for a chat to see if I am best suited to support you
