Telehealth available

With a Master of Psychology (Clinical) and experience supporting individuals aged 6 and up, I offer a compassionate, down-to-earth approach tailored to each persons unique needs. I have a particular interest in working with young people and their families as they navigate challenges such as anxiety (including specific fears), body image concerns, emotion regulation difficulties (including anger), OCD, and identity exploration.

I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ACT, and adapt sessions to suit each persons stylewhether that means talking, drawing, playing, or even moving. My goal is to make therapy a space where clients feel safe to explore, grow, and create lasting change.

Outside of work, Im a big fan of sport, love spending time outdoors, and enjoy unwinding with a good book or Netflix series.
