BPsych (Hons)

MPsych (Clinical)

I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar with experience working with children, adolescents, adults and older adults in education, public health, and clinic-based settings. I also provide cognitive, educational, and neurodevelopmental assessments (including ADHD and Autism).

I understand that seeking psychological support can be unnerving and overwhelming, so I am committed to creating a warm, compassionate, and safe environment. I am also committed to providing trauma-informed and neuroaffirming therapy. I draw on a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have a particular interest in working with trauma, neurodiversity, substance-related issues, anxiety, and body-image/self-esteem concerns.
