I am warm, genuine, and passionate about supporting individuals and couples through life transitions, challenging times, and relationship struggles. My goal is to bring joy and fulfilment into clients' daily lives. I have found often, life can become too busy, and we can feel overwhelmed and directionless, losing sight of what truly matters�our values and dreams.
This can result in feelings of depression, anxiety, dissatisfaction, and stress. I aim to provide a space where clients can press pause, regain control, and focus on what is most important, ultimately helping them lead a more fulfilling life.
I have experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, parental/occupational burnout, substance use disorders, relationship breakdowns, and parent-child relationship issues. Additionally, I am trained in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioural, Acceptance and Commitment, Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and the Circle of Security.
