What matters most to me is creating a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and supported.Im deeply interested in how our experiences and relationships shape the way we move through the world. With warmth, curiosity, and clinical insight, I support clients to make sense of emotional patterns, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward a more connected and meaningful life.
My professional background is in community and family services, including mental health and alcohol and drug support. I have a particular interest in reproductive and maternal mental health, grief and loss, parenting stress, and relationship challenges, as well as broader emotional and relational concerns.
I take a trauma-informed, relational approach to therapy-guided by an understanding of how early experiences and relationships influence emotional wellbeing.
I welcome and affirm neurodivergent clients, LGBTQIA+ communities, and all identities, relationships, and experiences.
