Ms Lauren Jackman   MAPS

Lauren is a registered psychologist and has been supporting women and children in various roles for 14 years. Lauren has a special interest in coaching busy mothers and high achieving women in leadership to achieve their career and life goals. Lauren excels as a parent coach and has helped many parents achieve practical solutions that suit the needs of the family. Lauren supports women who have recently been diagnosed with ADHD, or who suspect there is ADHD within the family. Lauren welcomes LGBTQIA+ clients, practices in a neuro-affirming manner, and is trauma-informed. Lauren draws from ACT, CBT and motivational interviewing therapies. Lauren is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and offers timely telehealth services. When she isn't seeing clients, Lauren is reading, walking, and going on adventures with her family.
