Michela Burke is an early career general psychologist with experience working in private practice. She works with clients from late childhood through to older adulthood, supporting people to navigate a wide range of presentations including eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, bipolar disorder, depression, social anxiety, low self-esteem, body image concerns, trauma, ADHD, and autism.
In her sessions, Michela primarily draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Schema Therapy, adapting her approach to suit each individual�s needs. She has a particular interest in working with eating disorders, neurodivergence, and body image issues.
