I am a dedicated and empathetic registered psychologist, offering a non-judgmental and safe space for individuals to explore their challenges. I have worked in both Australia and the United Kingdom across a variety of settings, including schools, private practice, inpatient hospitals, and community settings.

I have a special interest in working collaboratively with individuals of all ages to address a range of difficulties. I provide support for adults and young people experiencing anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, depression, learning difficulties, behavioural, social, and emotional challenges, as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

By working closely with adults, young people and their parents, I help them understand their strengths, develop self-awareness, and learn effective coping strategies. My treatment is tailored to each individuals age and needs, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
