Jessica is a Clinical Psychology Registrar who has worked with a variety of presentations including ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders, emotional regulation difficulties and childhood trauma. Spending time in pastoral care roles has fostered an interest in working with teens and young adults. She particularly enjoys working with clients who present with emotional regulation difficulties, personality disorders and a history of traumatic experiences.
Jessica adopts a warm, gentle and collaborative approach and believes it is important that clients feel safe in therapy. She takes the time to understand client�s difficulties so she can tailor treatment to their needs. She believes that everyone has inherent value, and that with the right therapeutic support, clients have the capacity to work through their difficulties to improve their quality of life. Jessica utilises Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
