Ms Anna Earl   MAPS

Anna enjoys working with adolescents and adults. She aims to provide a service that is warm, compassionate, trauma informed and respectful of diversity. Anna works collaboratively with clients (and family members where appropriate) to holistically understand areas of difficulty and strengths to develop therapeutic goals. Goals are often aimed at improving well-being, daily functioning and/or interpersonal relationships.

Anna works with Individuals experiencing difficulties with Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Mood dysregulation, Parenting Difficulties and Stage of Life Issues and draws from evidence-based approaches including; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

Anna, herself, regularly practices mindfulness and self-compassion to tackle the ever-shifting sands of modern life.
