Anna trained at the University of Western Australia completing a combined Master of Clinical Psychology and Doctor of Philosophy training program. This included research examining feelings of loneliness and belonging as risk factors for suicide.
She brings clinical experience from working in the public mental health system in Western Australia and Tasmania, including an Adult Mental Health Inpatient Unit, and an intensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Program, and Community Mental Health. She also previously worked at a Not-for-Profit, ADHD WA. Anna now works full time in private practice.
Anna works with clients across the lifespan, with particular focus on people with a history of trauma including veterans and first responders; in addition to mood, anxiety, and eating disorders; neurodivergence; and general mental wellbeing. Anna works across evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
