Anna has trained at the University of Western Australia and completed a combined Master of Clinical Psychology and Doctor of Philosophy training program. This included research examining feelings of loneliness and sense of belonging as risk factors for suicide. Anna maintains an active research interest in the area of loneliness, mental health and wellbeing.

She brings her clinical experience from working in the public mental health system in Western Australia, including an Adult Mental Health Inpatient Unit, and an intensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Program. Anna now works across both public and private mental health settings in Hobart Tasmania.

Anna works with adults and adolescents and has particular interest in people with a history of trauma, including veterans, in addition to mood disorders, anxiety and psychotic illnesses. Anna works across evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
