Working from a person centred approach, with a warm, collaborative and authentic style with clients from across the lifespan. Passionate about supporting children, adolescents and families to better manage the challenges and difficulties that arise in life. I provide both assessment and therapy for neurodevelopmental presentations in young people and adults, and work from a neuroaffirming model. I also provide therapy for young people and adults for a range of presenting concerns such as behavioural challenges, depression, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem concerns, grief, self harm, PTSD and complex PTSD, sexual abuse, OCD, body dysmorphia and eating disorders.

I utilise an eclectic approach to therapy incorporating CBT, ACT, CFT, IFS, Schema and EMDR treatments.

Currently accepting referrals for ADHD, Learning disorders and Autism assessment.
