Ms Felicity Sayers   MAPS

Telehealth available

I am passionate about the transformative power of therapy, which not only enriches the lives of those who seek it but also those around them. I provide therapy to people across the lifespan with neurodivergence including developmental delay, autism, ADHD, and varying levels of intellectual ability. I also work with people experiencing generalised anxiety, separation anxiety, selective mutism, stress, self-esteem issues, depression, and behaviour concerns. I use a mix of evidence-based therapies and approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic therapy, dyadic developmental psychotherapy, parenting skills training, and trauma-informed approaches. In sessions, you can expect warmth, patience, and empathy, to freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
