Sara has extensive experience in supporting a diverse range of clients who are experiencing social, behavioural or mental health difficulties. Sara has particular expertise with working with adolescents and young adults. She provides psychological interventions, clinical guidance and direct support as well as working collaboratively with various external health services and a range of non-government organisations.

Sara�s particular interests and clinical focus include counselling for clients experiencing general life stressors, depression, anxiety, self-harm & suicidal ideation. She works from a client-centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based framework, with the goal of improved wellbeing for her clients/families.

Sara is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and a member of the Australian Psychologists and Counsellors in Schools Association.
