I am a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar based at Your Psych Centre in Coomera. I have completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology.

I am passionate about early intervention and evidence-based practice and have a particular interest in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. My clinical work draws on evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), exposure therapy including exposure and response prevention (ERP), metacognitive therapy (MCT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across hospital, school, and community mental health settings.

I also work as a postdoctoral researcher at Griffith University working to improve the implementation of cognitive-behavioural therapy with exposure and response prevention (CBT-ERP) for the treatment of OCD in young people. I have published research in a number of areas.
