My therapeutic approach is dynamic and personalised. I use a combination of DBT, CBT, psychodynamic and trauma-informed therapy to ensure you receive a tailored treatment. Overall, my aim is to establish a strong connection and make therapy worth your while; that you walk away with something meaningful.
I have helped adolescents and adults with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, personality disorders, trauma, relationship difficulties, anger issues, addiction, workplace stress and eating disorders. I have a special interest in eating disorders and body dissatisfaction and have completed eating disorders evidence-based training.
