Sarah is a Registered Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She is a warm and empathetic counsellor who adopts a solution focused approach to therapy. Sarah aims to create a safe, respectful and collaborative therapeutic environment for individuals to achieve their therapy goals.



Sarah has experience working with adults and adolescents. She also has extensive experience in vocational rehabilitation and workplace mental health. She has a special interest in work related stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, interpersonal and adjustment difficulties. Sarah utilises a number of evidenced based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and other brief solution focused therapies.
