I am an APHRA registered Clinical Psychologist who is also an Australian Psychological Society Member (MAPS) and part of the APS Disaster Response Network (DRN).
I studied and trained in the United Kingdom completing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Masters in Sport & Exercise Psychology with Commendation and Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in Psychology.
I have over 15 years of experience working in the mental health sector with children, adolescents, families, and young adults, across a variety of clinical settings including the NHS, private sector, and as a sole practitioner.
I have worked with various mental health presentations and conditions including Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Panic Disorders, Trauma/PTSD, Phobias, Separation Anxiety, Anger Management, Exam Stress, Emotional resilience, Self-esteem difficulties, Sleep difficulties, and Sport Injuries & Performance Difficulties. I am also trained in administering and interpreting a range of psychometric assessments.
