I am an experienced clinical psychologist and clinical supervisor, with a deep understanding of attachment, family dynamics and the impacts of developmental stressors and trauma. My approach encourages a deeper understanding of self and how we relate to others. Working collaboratively to uncover unconcious patterns that limit potential, build individually effective strategies and create a profoundly connected and meaningful life. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, mood changes, trauma, parenting and relationship difficulties. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as mindfulness and somatic techniques.
